How do I create an order?

You can create an order by adding the product (s) to the shopping cart, filling in the data in the shopping cart and finally clicking on the "Binding order with payment obligation" button.

In the basket you can also adjust the quantity of the goods, add accessories (Zeiss & DUOS cleaning set, screwdriver), or apply a discount coupon.

Our customer support is fully available for you Monday-Friday: 8:00 - 16:00.

How do I get a discount coupon?

Discount vouchers / vouchers are published by default in the case of an ongoing action on the home page (banner), on the actual page of the ongoing action (only if it is an action where you need to apply a coupon) and in the header of the page.

We inform our customers, as well as people who subscribe to our newsletter (you can subscribe at the foot of the page) about the discount coupons in time.

How do I pay for an order?

In the second step of the "Shipping and Payment" cart you have 2 payment options to choose from:

  • Card payment (via secure payment gateway GPWEBPAY)
  • Bank transfer (instructions will be sent by e-mail)

You will be able to pay through the payment gateway by clicking on the Binding Order button with the obligation to pay in the last (third) step of the cart and then redirected to the payment gateway.

How do I use a discount voucher / voucher?

You can apply the discount voucher / voucher only in the first step of the basket (in the lower left corner) by inserting it in the appropriate box and clicking on the "Apply" button.


One discount voucher can be applied to one order.
